If you want to work out, ACTUALLY DO IT. Don’t just say it. Go to a gym and sign up, go buy some workout DVDs to do it at home, go outside and run. Or like what I do, I am signed up for a class at my college called Total Fitness and I get college credit for it.
It’s just annoying people constantly saying they are gonna do it and never do it.
And trust me, at first it’s gonna suck A LOT. You’re gonna wanna quit but push yourself, really push yourself to work out at least 3 days a week. After about 2-3 weeks it gets easier, the wanting to work out. You will feel better all around and feel great that you’re actually exercising.
PS - Eat healthier! You don’t have to eat SUPER healthy, but in moderation.

That one friend that you are inseparable with, when you’re with people and they ask WHERE’S YOUR PARTNER IN CRIME? I hate that all my friends want me to decide who I should be friends with and get mad that I’m friends with everyone.
I want a friend that will write about how wonderful of a friend I am. Take pictures all the time, sleepover, party, always hanging out.
Guess I’m not good enough anymore for anyone.
